My wife and I own a historic home with unique and difficult to replace hardwood flooring.

A large water cooler leaked, warping my hardwood flooring.  The water damage travelled from the kitchen to the basement.

My wife and I had medical conditions at the time.  We thought the restoration process would be greatly disruptive.  Our insurance agent recommended CatRec Restoration.  Taking our medical conditions into account, Rick and Anthony from CatRec Restoration devised a strategy to restore our hardwood floors without being invasive.

We were able to have coffee and our meals at the dining room table – in the same room where the drying was taking place. 

The results were fantastic, so much so that refinishing the floors may not have been necessary.
