Rick began his Restoration career in Los Angeles in 1977. The competitive nature of Southern California taught him innovation and excellence. Certi Pro, which was not a franchise, was founded and operated by Rick through the 1980’s in L.A. and from 1990 to 2007 in Michigan. During this time Certi Pro was one of the most respected and frequently used companies in the industry.
