How It Works
Infrared lights penetrate the walls and floor, raising the vapor pressure in the material. Used simultaneously with high temperature dehumidifiers or Thermal Energy System (TES), moisture trapped in hard to reach places is forced to escape. Sandwich drying can be utilized if the affected area can be accessed from below. For hardwood flooring, this process removes cupping or crowning so the floor may not need to be resurfaced or replaced.
